Introduction	As a child, I wanted to grow up to be a hero. But, it soon developed that I was far too smart for that, ... (But, seriously, ... I've always been fascinated and attracted to the image of the Damsel in Distress, since pre-school days -- and, yes, I do remember back that far. As an adult, the images still hold a fascinating, stimulating attraction for me. I do love sharing that interest with the like-minded folks, be they Damsels, Villains, or Heroes.)
Interests	Railroading, woodworking, demolitions, knot-tying, mortgage collections, Damsels in Distress, and various and sundry Damsel-distressing-related arts and crafts
Favorite movies	Too numerous to name even the types of movies that are my favorites. If the film has a good story, and is well executied, then I will be a fan.
Favorite music	Everything except Twangy country, and Angry rap. Even those, however, have exceptions.
Favorite books	Whatever I am reading when (1) I have a rare stretch of free time, and (2) I am not imperil-ing damsels online.
