| Introduction | I serve as Chief Knowledge Officer at the 1,600 lawyer, Pittsburgh based firm of Reed Smith, LLP. Previously I was the CKO at Sheppard Mullin. Before joining Sheppard Mullin, I held a senior level position at Foley and Lardner. Prior to that, I consulted for 7 years with law firms and corporate legal departments. I've done over 100 articles and presentations at conferences. I was the SoCal Regional Vice President of the International Legal Technology Association for 6 years.
