| Introduction | I've been baking as long as I can remember. My Grandma lives 3 miles from the place where I grew up so my sister, brothers, and I would ride our bike almost every day to visit her and Grandpa. I could always be found standing on a stool next to Grandma mixing some type of baked goodies. My favorites would have to be cinnamon bread, yellow cake with burnt butter frosting, and bread pudding. Now Grandma lives a couple hours away and I don’t get to spend much time with her, but I still use what she taught me almost every day. I love to watch cake shows (Cake Boss, Food Network Challenge, Ace of Cakes) and have brought together what I learn from them and what I have learned from Grandma to make my own creations.
