Introduction	When naming the store, Nikki thought about a phrase her grandmother often used when referring to something very special. "Well, that is the Bee's Knees!" The phrase emerged in the 1930's and was popular with the socialites of New York. The phrase was used to mark anything that was superior. Bees actually carry the pollen from flower to flower on their knees for pollination. The phrase means literally, "Height of Excellence." We strive to meet that standard of quality in our products, our services and relations with our customers and community.
