Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
I don't wear a scarf because 1. I think they're uncomfortable and 2. because it's too easy for someone I pissed off/stalker/random lunatic to strangle me with it. I might as well wear a sign that says "ATTENTION RANDOM CRIMINAL! EASY TARGET HERE ^". No thanks.
