Introduction | I'm 32 & was married for almost 11 yrs. We TTC'd for 6 of them, but were not successful. I started this blog to talk about the frustrations of TTC, but life changed & I'm divorced. So now I don't know what this blog is about. There'll be good days & bad; I hope to look back on this some day & be proud of the progress I've made. I still support IF awareness/education & the happiness of every beautiful woman I've met along this journey. |
Interests | My kitty furbabies, cross-stitch, crochet, piano, bowling, swimming, zoos, aquariums, traveling, the ocean, trying to start a family, infertility. |
Favorite Movies | All time favs are Love Actually & Ever After. I like anything with a good story line & the only genres that I just won't watch are Westerns or Horror. |
Favorite Music | Something with a good tune. Mostly I would say pop/light rock. You know, like top 40 stations. Rap gets on my nerves, heavy metal hurts my ears. I can listen to some country depending ont the singer (not too whiney!), I tend to like male singers more. And then I also have those days where I turn up Bach, Mozart, or Rachmaninoff. I took piano for a few years & when I play I prefer the classics. I'm out of practice, but used to LOVE Paccibel Cannon in D. |
Favorite Books | Mostly mysteries. I've read everything by Mary Higgins Clark. I also read the Cat Who series (Lillian Jackson Braun), but am not up to date on the newest ones. I'm a geek & as a teenager, I thought it was fun to check out the classics including Shakesperian plays "just for fun". I cry everytime I read Little Women. I'm SOO glad that Anne & Gilbert got over themselves & figured out they loved each other. I think Heathcliff would've been a much different person if Catherine had married him (Wuthering Heights). And frankly, I think Rhett DID give a damn! |
You've successfully slain the dragon! How will you toast your marshmallows?
I would've offered the dragon 1/2 the marshmallows to begin with. Then I'd have the fire & a friend to laugh with!
