Introduction	I have had many wonderful baking recipes here in the past I have inherited early diabetes. Therefore, I recently had to switch to low carb baking/cooking. If I cant find a low carb recipe I like, I develop one. I am trying to make over some of my family favorites,
Interests	Low Carb Baking, container gardening, yoga, spending time with my "loveable" husband.
Favorite movies	"Beetlejuice!" What a wacky experience! Romantic Movies--"The Saint," with Val Kilmer, "Thornbirds" miniseries.
