| Introduction | I have just been diagnosed with BPD (Borderline Personality Disorder) and am on the waiting list for therapy. I kind of diagnosed myself so its not new to me but i am still trying to figure it all out and get my head around it which hasnt been easy. I also struggle with weight issues, general anxiety, social anxiety, depression and body dysmorphia. This blog is just gonna be my way of getting all my thoughts out and hopefully might be abit thereaputic. |
