| Introduction | I'm a fairly normal sort of fellow, who latches onto certain pass times and hobbies and runs with them a pretty good distance. I take stuff to the extreme, I mean. I don't just like coffee, for instance. I had to figure out how to make coffee the *best* way possible. Which led me to owning a lot of odd coffee makers. Which then led to a lots of different coffees. Which led to me learning how to roast my own coffee. Which led me to espresso. Which brought us to picking up 150+ lb bags of coffee at a dock in NY state to save a few bucks and get the freshest beans possible. I mean, this just ain't normal! Now, don't even get me started on beer, homebrew, cheese, or chickens, cause that could *really* start a landslide... |
