Introduction	I live in a nice part of Somerset, with my wonderful husband/soul mate Michael plus my wonderful Mother Lilian. We rescued mother from a care home Oct 25th 2010. I love writing poetry when I have the time. I help my husband with his business we sell high quality Balsamic vinegar’s of Modena Italy. We have a passion of quality food enjoying and sharing our knowledge with like minded people whom care what they eat. My other passion is care for the elderly in the UK known as the silent ones. In today’s society no one seems to care anymore about the elders and treating them with respect. I hope you will enjoy reading my blogs if I change one persons life in my life time then I have done my job on earth. :)x
