| Introduction | I'm a 40-something Stay-at-home Mom, who is finally on my journey to wellness, both physical and emotional. I've been married to Jeremy since 2002, and we have two boys (James and Andrew). I worked in accounting until I decided to stay home with the kids, but my college degree is in music. I'm the PTO treasurer and volunteer at the boys' school often. My latest obsession is researching my family tree.
