| Introduction | My name's Megan and welcome to Corgi and the Moose - my first blog! I am a 35 year old mother of 2 crazy kids (Milly aka Moose - 3 years and Finlay aka Mr Finns - 5 years) I also manage (most of the time!) to hold down a day job working in HR. I love working and am fortunate that to have the opportunity and the support from my family to enable this to happen. So - why set up a blog? Well - as creative as I try to make my current paid job - there was something missing.....I have LOVED writing about the girls, expanding my networks and learning about the blogging thing in general! Something that happened to me 2 years ago when Milly was a baby (10 months actually!) was that I found out that I had breast cancer! Me - cancer! Noooooo! But unfortunately YES! How does a 32 year old mother get cancer?? I do not know the answer, but it will always be something that I will search to find out. I am fine now though - I still have as much energy as I always did, but I do make sure that I have fun in everything I do, love those around me a little bit more and generally enjoy life! Adam is my gorgeous husband and the love of my life... |
