| Introduction | Born in 1967. I was brought up to be active, especially in the outdoor arena. My childhood had it's challenges, and most of my memories are of bad times. That doesn't mean I didn't have a good childhood. I had friends, I had sport and I had the countryside. I became a coach, of Karate, of fitness and now I hope I inspire everyone, but especially those of a certain age, to never give up on life and do whatever it is that makes you happy.
