| Introduction | The Philippine Fleetlists site as originally set up to provide latest information on locomotives and rollingstock in the Philippines. In 2010 our society started publision the free e-publication 'Railfans Guide To The Philippines' which largely replicates this site. The plan was to then make this site one covering all time locomotives and carriage information - but the steady spiral of hate that infests the hobby in Manila has lead me to abandon the project in a continued effort to downsize. Through our main site and publications I still plan to continue to freely give of help to those with an interest.
