I think we can "get along better" if we stay out of life's fast track and refine our own goals individually and not be to concerned with what is referred to as always being "policially correct" or a reformer. My background includes the US Air Force, many years as a insurance agent in Denver and then more years as a Real Estate Broker until early retirement. Now I promote (qualified) internet home based business and helpful personal interests. It is challenging but that is OK. Heck, anything worth while is "challenging". I enjoy it!
