| Introduction | I am a single handed sailor. I have been cruising since March 2008. Since then I have sailed throughout Mexico's Coasts, Central America, Panama and through the Canal, north along the Eastern coast of Central America and Mexico, Across the Gulf to Florida, onto the Bahamas, Dominican Republic, Virgin Islands, the eastern Caribbean chain of islands, Trinidad, Columbia, back through the canal and I am now back in Mexico.
