| Introduction | Currently with Plan India I have been working on two specialist areas of Marketing-Resource mobilization and communication Strategy for more than 10 years. Sponsorship, committed giving, partnerships, building relationship with donors & major stakeholders are fundraising areas where I have rich experience. Before coming to the development sector I worked with media industry for more than five years that shaped my world outlook. Further I gained special expertise in technologies that drive Digital Fundraising and donor relations. I have good experience in working with national and international peers and have attended significant no. of international seminars and workshops on fundraising and communication that helped me a lot in gaining best practices. I am an avid reader and keeping myself abreast of the consumer behaviour and current marketing trends. |
