| Introduction | I am patriotic to a fault, and strongly believe that volunteerism built this nation. It will sustain us through this tough economic crisis. I love animals and gardening.... they are not mutually exclusive. I do pallative care for teminally ill persons who often need help to stay in their homes. Relaxing finds me on the swing, book in hand and dogs at feet. I believe we can be the person God intended us to be if we check our ego at the door, and keep working toward out goal. |
| Interests | Gardening, and animals, dogs being the resident species for now. Riding my bike along the river path, or walking in the hills and canyons with friends and dogs. I am learning to take a pretty decent picture with a digital, always animals & scenery I notice. Luckily for me they abound in the Truckee Meadows. I remain active in civic matters and work really hard on issues that affect the community as a whole. |
