Introduction	As a Licensed Architect and LEED AP BD+C from Chicago, I've spent the last decade of my life immersed in the world of architecture, construction, and this notion of sustainability. After 4 years of living and working in one of the greenest cities in the country, I'm taking a bit of a break from American life as my fiancé and I snagged a once-in-a-lifetime change to hop the pond and settle temporarily in Paris. With a bit of time on my hands and that sick craving to learn, understand, and recuperate my drawing skills, I'm taking this opportunity to refresh my memory on the basics and complexities of what it means to 'be green' in both written and drawn form.
