Introduction	Bienvenidos! This is the documentation of my 365 days of exploring veganism. After moving to Denver I decided to take advantage of the opportunity to explore my cooking skills. Since my roommate is willing to eat the food I cook and I have fun cooking, I felt it would be best to showcase our explorations through a blog. Who knows what this will become, but right now I'm planning on using it as a space to show off the pictures of my nightly dinners (since I'm so proud of the various creations)! As for the vegan part, I am still learning about different food ethics and food choices; my ultimate goal is to be vegan for a whole year before making my mind up on the matter. Overall, this blog is to showcase my experiments in the kitchen and to be documentation of my 365 days of veganism.
