| Introduction | I am a 52 year old, overweight grandmother, who watches two of her three grandchildren fulltime. Over the past year couple of years I have continually put on about 10 pounds a year. I really don't like what I am seeing, and I am not happy in this body, so I am here to start blogging my progress. I am going to try this on my own, using weight watchers points, drinking plenty of water EVERY day, and walking at least 10,000 steps a day. |
