| Introduction | I work in humanitarian sector and usually get posting in remote or disaster affected countries. I like to cook and there are many recipes i have introduced are appreciated among friends and colleagues. This blog is to document these recipes which are in our family for years. Some have been converted a bit to adapt to the time and countries we are in. When I go home for short leaves and for rest i cook for my family and friends. I have observed that buying good colorful vegetables and involving my kids in cooking and selecting process allowed them to have good food habit and even after my absence they maintain such habit. This is my small success and i find it hard to believe when people say their kids do not like vegetables. |
