| Introduction | Born in the swamps of southern Arkansas, reared in the arid deserts of Arabia, baptized at the salty shores of the Persian Gulf, raised in the mountains of Montana, and matured in valleys of Utah. Australia was my home for two years after high school where I preached salvation to the Cantonese-speaking people. I have also spent brief periods living in southern California, Idaho, Florida, Nebraska, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. I am a student at BYU studying Chinese and Arabic. I studied at Nanjing University in China for four months and at the University of Jordan in Amman for three. Catching reptiles and amphibians is my passion that I reserve as a hobby. I also love to study languages, write (poetry or prose), watch good movies, travel, hike, spend time at the gym, and be with friends and family. |
