| Introduction | Hi, I’m Mosa. This name is taken from the latter words of Formosa, the former name of Taiwan in 16th century which means “beautiful island.” Indeed, Taiwan does have ravishing natural landscapes and diverse cultures worth exploring. However, there is no much access for foreigners to learn more about Taiwanese culture in English. Here in TAIWANBOW. 臺灣飽典 I started by introducing Taiwanese food to arouse people’s attention to Taiwan since Taiwan has been voted as the country with the best food*. I hope that through this website I can make some contribution to Taiwan, where I was born and grew up. |
