| Introduction | I'm Leana. I've always been interested in food and cooking. Lately, I've become more and more interested in food preservation as I feel this is a dying art and I"m afraid that sometime in my life time or my childrens, we will need these skills for survival. I want my kids to be able to say, "I remember when my mom did this" and then be able to have a working knowledge of the process. OF course, I'm not excentric, so I'll talk about other stuff, too. |
