Introduction I am not an expert at cooking octopus, although I admire those who are. If you want the story behind the name, all you have to do is ask. I'm going to be a junior in high school and obsessed with food. I am a pescetarian (ie i eat seafood) and enjoy all things ethnic, especially Japanese and Moroccan cuisine.
