| Introduction | Brianna K. Daus (formerly Brianna Baker) is a dedicated neurodiversity advocate and special education curriculum designer with a passion for creating inclusive learning experiences. She began her career in applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy, earning her Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in early 2021 and working full-time with children ages 3-13 on the autism spectrum. Her experience in direct client care sparked a deep commitment to fostering supportive and individualized educational environments. Currently, Brianna is pursuing a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling, where she aims to expand her expertise in supporting neurodivergent individuals beyond the classroom. She is particularly interested in integrating trauma-informed care and person-centered approaches into her work, ensuring that every individual receives compassionate and empowering support. |
