| Introduction | "Compassion isn't just something to have in life. It's everything to have in life." -- James Alex Gerard.(Born 1962) - I've had a lifelong passion for envisioning, creating and writing. It's been the greatest release I've known. It brings light and hope to my mind and soul, and I want nothing more than to share this with others. I've spent roughly 25 years in professional work. I've also had varied -- often trying -- life experiences. I feel strongly in making great things from bad things. These days, I create and write nearly nonstop every day, after sustaining a lower-leg amputation in 2008 and becoming disabled. But, by sustaining a physical disability, I earned further vision in mind and heart. As I've penned, describing what I learned in life: "It's indeed true that the best things in life are free. But that doesn't mean they come without cost." Too often, I heard people say "you can't change the world."
