| Introduction | New York/Manila stage & screen actor, and Best Actor nominee at the International Emmy's 2012 & Asian TV Awards for his role as Harry Shaw on The Kitchen Musical (Singapore),is a V-MAN of ONE BILLION RISING PHILIPPINES. He won Best Supporting Actor Awards in the Philippines for: CINEMALAYA 2011 (NIñO)&2012 (POSAS), GAWAD URIAN AWARDS 2012;The Golden Entertainment Press Awards 2012. Alan in Singapore Repertory Theatre's & Atlantis Productions's GOD OF CARNAGE. In the U.S.A he appeared in the world premiere of Duncan Sheik's "Whisper House" at The Old Globe Theatre and on TV's Law and Order, Law and Order Criminal Intent, One life To Live, As The World turns, and Stella on Comedy Central.He received an OBIE AWARD for "The Romance of Magno Rubio" in New York, and best actor award for "Batang West Side" at the CineManila International Film Festival. Last seen on TV in the Philippines as Shivaji on Princess&I.Arthur also played the role of Macario Locsin, the cold-blooded rebel, in John Sayles' film, "Amigo" (2010).
