About me

Introduction	38 year old mother of two beautiful crossfitting girls!!! I am a teacher by trade but over the past year and a half also fill the role as Marketing and PR "Ninja" for CrossFit Milford. Love my jobs!!!! I will use this piece to put up all of my starting statistics and will keep them there for one year!! I will blog daily about my workouts, eating habits, goals, sleep, and stress! I will post my goals but they will be tweeked every so often, with steps to accomplish each! This is the start of a journey that i will take with 11 other CFM athletes. It is about change from the inside, out! This is about setting goals and making them happen! I will continue to be better than yesterday!!!
