Introduction	My name is Naomi Rose, like the flower. It is my real name. ("Rose" was my middle name as a child.) There are at least 6 other Naomi Roses I've come across, including a marine biologist, a writer of Buddhist children's books, and a china pattern. Also, a type of rose (in Japan, I believe). This Naomi Rose is a writer, book developer, and publisher. Also a visual artist and singer. I see art as a spiritual vocation, and try to bring that not only into my own work and writing, but also into my interactions with my clients (and sometimes, family and friends). There is an art to life (though it's not always evident), and I seek to manifest that in my books (Rose Press). For me, creativity is essential. Not just as “good ideas,” but also as a way to listen to what's growing, inside. It's on the way to flowering, if not flowering in the moment. I feel my work is to encourage true flowering. May you blossom well. And if my writings here (or elsewhere) can encourage that, then I am wildly successful.
