Introduction	I am a phd school dropout, turned full-time nanny for my wonderful 17 month old nephew. I am also now chief cook and bottle-washer for our multigenerational home, and trying to switch from cooking for one (plus dog) to cooking for my mother, brother, sister-in-law, nephew, myself, and my 9 year old dog. I love to cook, and try to follow Mark Sisson's "Primal Blueprint" as a guide to healthier eating.
