The proposed project would have the capability to handle up to 380,000 barrels of crude per day, making it the largest oil facility of its kind in the country. The crude would be transferred by rail, using tanker cars that the NTSB considered dangerous and inadequate in 1991. We need your help to rent scientific monitoring equipment in order to prove, beyond a shadow of a doubt, the dangerous threat this terminal poses to our community and residents. If you are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we are actively seeking a fiscal sponsor for grants.
