Introduction Freelance illustrator based in Chorlton, Manchester. I graduated with a first class degree in Illustration from Stockport College in 2009. I illustrate children's books, portraits, decorative maps and local scenes. Clients include Oxford University Press and National Trust. Also exhibit paintings and ceramics in local galleries, and use many ceramic decoration techniques in my illustrations - slip-trailing is my favourite. Previously worked for many interesting years as a landscape architect (drawing plans, maps and sketches for all sorts of public spaces) I have 2 school-age children and am currently developing children's stories alongside my illustrations.
