| Introduction | Hello! I'm a working mother. A working commuting mother. Whilst on packed trains I have often wished that a warm, nutritious home cooked meal would be waiting for me, and I could just drop my bags, kiss my child on the cheek, and dig in. But alas, I married a kitchenphobic who would scream at the mention of "chop". So I decided to trawl through cooking books and the internet to look for recipes that were easy to follow after a 12 hour day, was scrumptious, and required minimal time to prepare. I also have this hoarder mentality so I like to cook during weekends so there'd be food in the freezer should I not want to cook. I hope this blog provides you with the inspiration you need to not order take out...and save those pennies for shoes and bags and clothes! |
