| Introduction | This blog is a voice of concern towards government, business houses, Financial Institutions, Educational Institutions that only care about them, In today’s world of competition there are very few companies that really care about customers after the sales. Unfortunately most of the companies are just interested in making new customers but care a damm about the existing customers. I started this blog for all the global companies. I am living in India and I find many companies whether Indian or Multinational not meeting the expectations and demands of the consumers here. I want to use this blog as a tool so that we can make aware the wanna-be-consumer to be aware of bad services of companies and help them choose the good ones.
