| Introduction | When you buy your bagels, make sure that you freeze the bagels you won't be eating fresh as soon as possible. After they are cool, put them in a plastic bag without slicing them. That will keep them from drying out. When you want to use them, defrost them in a microwave for only fifteen seconds or so, slice and toast. |
