| Introduction | I'm from the Midwest but have always wanted to travel outside to see things for myself. This blog will serve as a reflective record for what will be my 3rd time spending a long period abroad -this time in Cieszyn, Poland. There is where I will be teaching English for the entire 2013-2014 school year. My goal for this trip is to both be inspiring (particularly to my students) and to find things and people which inspire me as well. Naturally this means that this blog should have a generally positive outlook, and I hope it is, but from experience I know there will be struggles but I will not omit them entirely from my reflections. I hope this way to be more honest with myself. But please, enjoy this journey with me as I recount my days in Central Europe and the inspiring impressions I find during my stay. |
