| Introduction | I first became interested in psychology after my dad explained to me that the brain is basically a wet sponge with an electrical current. Since then I've been amazed by the human brain and what it is capable of. I started a Bachelor of Psychological Science @ UQ in 2005. I finished my degree with my Honours year in 2008, where I looked at multisensory integration with head-mounted displays. Since then I've been working as a full-time research assistant for a private research company that aims to combine applied cognitive psychology with technology and industry. I love every minute of it. |
