| Introduction | I am now (for 7 years) a widow but have been married 3 times. I have 4 beautiful children, 3 girls, one boy. Twelve Grands, only one girl in the whole mix - which also includes one set of fraternal twins. In my "younger years" I was your proverbial "soccer mom" but I was playing soccer myself! And softball. For MANY years! Oh, I miss those days! My kids all played sports, as well, and our family pretty much survived on hotdogs at the sports field. OH MY! Does that mean that I was a bad "soccer mom"? Hopefully, our newest generation will grow up playing "something" on a field which teaches - sportsmanship, competition, and exercise! Our kids are in front of "screens" and not out on the grass! COME ON PEOPLE! |
