Introduction	Daily painting has been my passion and discipline since taking a workshop from Carol Marine in May, 2010. I am thrilled with the impact it has had on my work; continually creating new compositions and working out color schemes is so much more effective than working for a longer time on a fewer paintings. I find that as I gain confidence I'm inclined to be bolder with my paint application as well. As if all this wasn't enough, the community of daily painters out there in cyberland has been a joy to discover. Thanks to all of you who take the time to comment and share your opinions and expertise. When not painting, I enjoy traveling, hiking, biking, reading, cooking, and hanging out with my husband, Jed and our family and friends. We recently bought and remodeled a house near Tucson Arizona that we have been using as an escape from Seattle's gloomier months.
