From 2011 till 2013, I was the exclusive Raw Food Chef for Tru Meals in Houston, TX! Now, I am a personal raw vegan chef and Teacher. I have been trained by Alissa Cohen and Chef Leah Dubois of the Raw Vegan Restaurant Grezzo in Boston!
