Introduction Xavier March is a 1957 graduate of Dartmouth College where he received a B.A. degree in physics and mathematics. He is a 1985 graduate of IONA College where he received an M.S. degree in computer science. He worked for 40 years with the IBM Corp., including the following assignments: a four year assignment to Caracas, Venezuela as an applied scientist; a two year assignment to Croydon, England, where he led the production of a scientific Program Product that he had designed; and an assignment to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) at the Redstone Arsenal - Marshall Space Center, Huntsville, Ala., where he designed and developed a parts-explosion program to decompose the Saturn system into all its parts. The Saturn was the rocket that later took the Apollo vehicle to the Moon.

Which is more important to you and why: flexibility or expandability?

Expandability --because evolution is life.
