| Introduction | Designer Lori Naon has an art and design background and spent fifteen years in the textile industry selling fabrics to manufacturers in the active sport market. Patagonia/Water Girl, The North Face and Jansport were a few of the companies who influenced her (along with her two toddlers) to create and eventually build the HARDWARE brand. Add to the mix her love of industrial and post-modern design and you have HARDWARE handbags. What began in the summer of 2003 as a basic concept has ever so slowly became a growing business and passion (during said toddler's naps.) |
