| Introduction | Going through life is hard and scary- we encounter so many experiences that shape us and create someone new. It can be easy to feel like you're going through it alone- like you're the only one who has felt this way. Maybe if you could connect to someone else, you'd feel less isolated. I write poetry to create that connection. I connected a lot with poetry while I was young. I found solace in the idea that other people have felt this way, too. I hope my poems can provide some comfort and let you know you're not alone. We'll get through it together. |
