IntroductionI'm a young mother to an awe-inspiring little girl and boy and wife to a man that sometimes seems like he stepped out of a fairy tale...(do human beings this innately good still exist? Are those wings sprouting from his back?!)I write horror fiction, do (horror?)art, substitute teach and homeschool.
InterestsMy husband and growing family, the arts-specifically writing and illustration, video games, the environment, animals, and breastfeeding, and homeschooling. I love tribal societies like the Yenke and Hmong. I hope that eventually the needs of all human beings will be addressed-especially those who have been long ignored or pushed aside. Here's hoping. Please describe how you could take the peel off an apple all in one go:

I've actually gotten to the point in my culinary life that I can DO this using a peeler, you just wind it 'round without breaking the line of skin you've just taken off...I can not do this without nicking myself and getting blood on the damned apple though...
