Introduction I was born in Salt Lake City and attended Lowell & Ensign elementary schools. I went to Bryant Jr. High and East High School. I spent my senior year as the only American in a German speaking school in Zurich, Switzerland. I received my bachelors and MBA from the University of Utah. I worked as a white water river guide during college. I worked for Centel, Sprint, and Embarq and took early retirement in 2008. I have lived in Salt Lake, Switzerland, Australia, Chicago, West Africa, Independence, and currently live in Las Vegas.
Interests Hiking, camping, river running, snorkeling, history, photography, and travel
Favorite Movies Oh Brother, Where Art Thou?, The Mission, Young Frankenstein, Amazing Grace, What About Bob, One Night with the King, Master & Commander, Holes, Ben Hur, To Kill a Mockingbird (one of the few movies that was better than the book), and a family favorite: Princess Bride (The quote: "Never start a land war in Asia" has saved me from many a defeat in the game of Risk)
