Introduction	Debbie and Bob are gourmet cooks and avid travelers. Debbie worked with some of the world's top chefs, learning by observation and interaction during her tenure as Communications Director for an international hospitality college. Bob gained hands-on knowledge in Germany as a restaurant cook, which he has continued to refine over the years in his own kitchen. They frequently plan trips based on culinary recommendations from the Food Network, the Travel Channel, friends, and locals. They've also been known to "eat their way" through countries around the world. The recipes herein may have originated elsewhere but always reflect their own tastes and creative touches influenced by personal travel experiences. Some include shortcuts for busy nights, and others involve multiple steps and special ingredients for those times when authenticity takes precedence.
