Introduction	I love good, hard thinking, and daydreaming. I especially love letting my brain go wild while working in a garden or baking. I like people who think hard about the world around them, and who are intelligent. I believe that intelligence can mean many things, and often has nothing to do with academic performance, and everything to do with actively thinking about the world. People who are honest with themselves and others attract me. I am also drawn to people who give their time to making the world a better place. I love people who are parents and who do it passionately, thoughtfully, and with their whole heart. I strive to be this kind of parent myself.
Interests	Writing, reading, music, loving, mothering, eating, natural places, social justice issues, frugal living, caring about others.
Favorite movies	Napoleon Dynamite, American Movie (docco), the Secretary, anything by Lars von Trier, Coffee and Cigarettes, anything thought-provoking or funny. I love corny comedies like Zoolander and Meet the Fockers.
Favorite music	I love all of it, all of it, all of it. Too hard to name favourites.
Favorite books	I love Margaret Atwood, Tim Winton, Helen Garner, Kate Grenville, Peter Goldsworthy, Kurt Vonnegut, Douglas Adams, too many to mention, but these authors have always been consistently good. I enjoy good cartooning too, I love Gary Larson and Michael Leunig.

Your people want to make a statue in your honor. What will it be made out of and what victory will it commemorate?

It would be a forest of trees, with a children's playground underneath. A plaque nearby would say, 'She cares.'
