| Introduction | I studied biological anthropology in college. I had the opportunity to learn many aspects of the human diet, including the origins of agriculture, paleodiet studies, and variation within primate diets. After I graduated my interest in food has snowballed into an obsession. I began this blog to discuss and to share information about food. I love food and I am always thinking about food in some fashion. I am interested in the evolution of human diet, vegetarian food, the history of food, the future of food, ways to prepare food, my relationship with food, food as nutritional healing, how to grow my own food...the list goes on and on. It all fascinates me. |
